Position: Auto Body Paint Prepper
Location: 901 E Baseline Road, Lafayette, Colorado
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Prepper to join our team. As an Auto Body Prepper, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for the painting process by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces to ensure a smooth and flawless finish.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming as needed
- Remove rust, dents, and other imperfections from vehicle surfaces
- Mix and apply fillers and putty to repair damaged areas
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Paint Prepper or similar role
- Knowledge of auto body repair techniques and materials
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Certification or training in auto body repair is a plus
